MOTOGP 2021 ITALIAN GP – MUGELLO CIRCUIT RESULTS
Sixth race of the MotoGP season 2021 is won by #20 Fabio Quartararo on his Yamaha M1 GP21 Bike at the MotoGp 2021 Mugello Circuit – Italian GP Results in Italy. Fabio Quartararo was the first to cross the finish line in the 23 laps race. And followed by #36 Joan Mir and #88 Miguel Oliveira.
Fabio Quartararo dedicated his today’s race win to Moto3 rider Jason Dupasquier dies after Mugello qualifying crash.
Because of last lap drama even though Miguel Oliveira crossed the finish line second, he has been demoted(penalty of) one place for exceeding the track limit.
Fabio Quartararo from Yamaha, Francesco Bagnaia and Johann Zarco qualified on pole from the factory Ducati team in premiere class MotoGP.
Fabio Quartararo started his race from 1st position from 1st row of the grid. He managed to dominate and finish at 1st.
Did Not Finish (DNF)
There were 5 riders Did Not Finish (DNF) the race. The very first was Enea Bastianini crashed in his warm up lap on his Ducati. Marc Marquez on his Honda and Francesco Bagnaia on his Ducati crashed on his very very first lap. Later towards the end of the race Alex Rins from Suzuki team crashed on the 18th lap, who was looking very strong in the top 3 riders. Takaaki Nakagami crashed on the 19th lap.
